The Capparis Spinosa are salted capers, included in the Hortus Conclusus Line.
They come in packets of 100gr and 200gr.
Il Serralh has introduced a new way of selecting and packing the capers.

Normally capers are sorted and packed according to their size: big, small and medium. It is known now that size actually makes a difference in the taste of the capers. So, the peculiarity introduced by Il Serralh is to mix capers of all different sizes. The result is a completely new and more “natural” taste that reflects the natural identity of the plant.
