ALMA NOCTIS
Alma Noctis is produced with the Zibibbo grapes cultivated “ad alberello”, creeping very low on the ground and growing protected by dry stone walls. The grapes are then dried – in part or in whole – in the sun.
YLE
Yle is produced with the Zibibbo grapes cultivated “ad alberello” creeping very low on the ground and growing protected by dry stone walls.
SUCCUS LUNARIAE
A mousse with an entirely new and intriguing taste. Succus Lunariae is produced using the best D.O.C. zibibbo grapes existing only in Pantelleria and only in certain areas. It’s our own original recipe, totally natural, no sugar, thickeners or preservatives.
CAPPARIS SPINOSA
The Capparis Spinosa are salted capers, included in the Hortus Conclusus Line.
The peculiarity introduced by Il Serralh is to mix capers of all different sizes. The result is a completely new and more “natural” taste that reflects the natural identity of the plant.
ORIGANUM AUREUM
Extremely fragrant and rich in taste and scent, ORIGANUM AUREUM gives the dish an aromatic and, at the same time, delicate taste, as well as unmistakably Mediterranean.
OLEUM PURISSIMUM
L’OLEUM PURISSIMUM è un olio extravergine estratto a freddo da olive raccolte ancora verdi e molate nel giro di poche ore. Proponiamo due differenti produzioni: dalla Serraglia di Pantelleria, da olive Biancolilla, un olio delicato, morbido e leggero, mentre da un antico uliveto trecentesco, impiantato a Sermoneta (LT), da piante secolari di qualità Itrana, un olio sublime, soavemente fruttato, d’impareggiabile sapore.
