YLE
Pantelleria white wine DOP
Yle is produced with the Zibibbo grapes cultivated “ad alberello” creeping very low on the ground and growing protected by dry stone walls.
Straw yellow colour with golden reflections, Yle has scents typical of Zibibbo; aromatic, warm and persistent on the palate.
Excellent as apéritif, it pairs best with fish dishes, shellfish, vegetables and mediterranean tasty dishes.
Best served at 8-10°C
